Meet Dr. Catherine Onuoha

Prior to purchasing Natural Medicine Center and Compassionate Homecare Partners, Dr. Catherine Onuoha, PhD, RPh, BCPP, CPh, had a livelihood through various Academic Professorial posts for 20 years. Catherine earned a Clinical Pharmacy degree and later pursued advanced neuroscience training at the Walter Reed Army Institute for Research (WRAIR).

On a personal note, Dr. Catherine says “I embrace this core tenet as true: ‘we all have a moral obligation to protect the most vulnerable members of society’. In the same vein of thought, the elderly and disabled individuals deserve dignity, respect, and compassion to age or stay in their familiar environment. I became an owner of Compassionate Homecare Partners to uphold dignity and foster well-being in aged or disabled clients.”

Meet Kenneth Onuoha

Kenneth Onuoha previously attended Union University in Jackson, Tennessee in pursuit of a degree program in social work before moving to Florida. Kenneth later transferred to Florida’s Polk State College and MedTech Institute where he completed a Licensed Practical Nursing program. His caring and empathetic nature are what led him to a career in the nursing program and conversely, his belief in helping and healing the client from a root- cause analysis perspective. After graduating from nursing school, Kenneth joined Natural Medicine Center of Lakeland, in the role of Patient Care Coordination and assisted Dr. Catherine in the day to day operations of her clinic. Kenneth is also a professional Certified Clinical Thermographer (CT).

On a personal level, Mr. Onuoha prides himself on being an advocate for the elderly in ensuring that they are receiving quality care and being treated fairly by both our caregivers and the client’s family. As Kenneth recently had his father pass away and cared for his elderly mother while she recovered from knee replacement surgeries, he understands the significance of having an empathetic, trusted and compassionate care-giving team. Therefore, has a unique insight into his client’s and client’s family’s needs and situations.

Meet Justin Fleche, Care Coordination Manager

Justin received his BS in Physical Education with a sports management focused and teaching certification from SUNY Brockport. Following his passion for teaching and helping others, Justin gained valuable experience in his early professional career, working with students with mental and physical disabilities, in addition to his role as a teacher and coach to promote physical activity in students and athletes.

On a personal note: Compassionate Home Care Partners’ platform enables Justin to return to his passion for assisting those in need of help. Justin’s innate caring personality makes him an ideal member and contributor to our compassionate care vision. Justin is proud that he is able to assist the elderly and clients with various recuperative care needs in Polk County. More so, to enable them to live independently, age in place, with dignity and respect.
