Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling Policy

In order to best serve you, we ask that all scheduling be coordinated through the Compassionate Home Care Partners Office. This is very important for several reasons.

  • By allowing the office to coordinate client schedules, we can ensure our caregivers are properly informed of their responsibilities and duties regarding the assignment.
  • By allowing the office to schedule assignments, we can effectively manage our caregivers’ work schedules and ensure our caregivers are never “double booked”.
  • When the office coordinates the schedule, we can ensure the invoices and payroll are accurate.
Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel or change a schedule, please notify the office as soon as possible. If we arrive at your location and are not needed, there is a cancellation charge equal to the time of the shift, up to four hours. This is not meant to be punitive to any party; however, we must be sensitive to the travel expense and lost time of our staff. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise from time to time, and we are always willing to consider extenuating circumstances.
